Purpose: This is a non-commercial web site which I have started to share my nature photography, to offer free images for nature conservation and to raise funds for conservation work.
Definition: I define myself as an enthusiast amateur photographer. My time for doing photography is scarce, but I enormously enjoy taking photos, especially when I am traveling.
Vocation: Graduate biologist, I have been involved in nature conservation since the late 1980s and since the mid-1990s I have been working professionally in this field.
Whereabouts: Native Bulgarian currently based in Germany. Visited more than 65 countries on five continents. Still a lot to see, but I would enjoy going back to some of my previous destinations.
Gear: Canon user with Leofoto legs and FLM and Benro heads. When on the road I entrust my equipment to Lowepro and ThinkTank. My images are post-processed with Adobe Lightroom and some DxO and Topaz Labs software.
Use of images: All materials on this web site are copyrighted. If you are interested in using some of my images please contact me. For commercial use a charge may apply; all raised funds will be donated to nature conservation charities.
Chat: Feel free to approach me in English, Russian or Bulgarian.
Donations: Funds raised through my photography so far have been donated to the following conservation initiatives:
AEWA Small Grants Fund;
